KrakenD 2.4.1 (patch version) released

A new patch version KrakenD 2.4.1 is available on the download page and the Docker registry. Upgrading from any 2.x is backward compatible.

Fix on the new rate limit component
- The rate limit did not load because its namespace was internally rewritten using an ancient namespace (KrakenD v1)
Upgrading to the latest version is always advised.
